The Puerto Rico Sun is aimed at empowering. There are enough negative stories about crime, drugs in our daily headlines. I don't need to shoot images of "tecatos" (drug users) for instance. As a photographer, that is not something I am personally interested in shooting.

This beautiful image of El Morro is by John Anthony. I wonder if you even checked John's photostream before making this comment.

You want pictures of tapones and tecatos. You are free to shoot them. Every photographer has a style and subjects he or she wants to shoot.
