PRSUN Radio puts a spotlight on Comite Noviembre, an organization that celebrates a host of activities in New York City for Puerto Rican Heritage Month. I chat with CN's Teresa Santiago tomorrow at www.blogtalkradio.com/prsunradio.
November is Puerto Rican Heritage Month in NYC and a key woman behind many of the cultural, civic and artistic celebrations going on is Teresa Santiago. For more information about the nonprofit Comite Noviembre, go to www.comitenoviembre.org.
To listen live, the interview is at 9 p.m. tomorrow. After it airs, the show will be archived and available online.
UPDATE: Listen to my interview with Teresa Santiago at http://blogtalkradio.com/prsunradio.

hi i am from new jersey found this web site by mistake as i was looking into a site about puerto rico vacations and photo, after i read what was posted on the site i have a question is do you have a site for the puerto rican women in new jersey because we have plenty of puerto rican women who have made history in their department from law enforcement to fire department.
Hi Titi, thanks for visiting. I'd recommend that you reach out to 100 Hispanic Women, Inc. This is a national organization and may help you with leads. http://www.100hispanicwomen.org
Another resource is the National Conference of Puerto Rican Women.

Titi, you are also welcome to join the Puerto Rico Sun social network at www.puertoricosun.ning.com.
While I am based in NYC and do focus on local coverage, I welcome community news from other areas too.
