Sol Originally uploaded by clarisel . This is Sol, the Spanish name for sun. Sol is Puerto Rico Sun's mascot. Sol lost part of her ear and tail in a car accident when she lived in the streets. We thought she was going to die, but she fought for her life. She showed me a lot about strength and lived up to her name. She is a beautiful, energetic, feisty sata and currently lives with me. Sol was born in San Juan.
